Welcome to Hotel SS Comfort Palace (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or booking through our website or in-person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms govern all bookings, stays, and use of accommodation services (including hotel rooms, flats, and PG stays) offered by Hotel SS Comfort Palace.
1.2. By making a booking or staying with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website.


2. Booking and Reservation Policy

2.1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2. Bookings can be made through our official website, third-party portals, or directly at our reception.
2.3. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation.
2.4. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification.


3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

3.1. Check-In Time: [e.g., 12:00 PM]
3.2. Check-Out Time: [e.g., 11:00 AM]
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.4. All guests are required to present valid government-approved photo identification (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in.


4. Payment Policy

4.1. Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfer, or cash at reception.
4.2. All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.3. For long-term stays (flats or PG accommodations), rent is due monthly in advance. Late payments may attract a penalty or termination of stay.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Hotel Rooms:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will result in one night’s charge.

5.2. PG and Flats:

  • Advance deposits are non-refundable once the stay has commenced.
  • For monthly bookings, at least 15 days’ written notice is required for cancellation or vacating the property.

5.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1. Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the comfort of others.
6.2. Any damage to property, furniture, or equipment caused by the guest will be charged to their account.
6.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas unless designated otherwise.
6.4. Illegal activities, possession of prohibited substances, or misconduct will lead to immediate eviction and possible legal action.
6.5. Guests must not sublet, share, or transfer their accommodation without prior approval.


7. House Rules (Applicable to PG and Flats)

7.1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your room and common areas.
7.2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
7.3. Visitors are allowed only with prior permission and must leave before 9:00 PM.
7.4. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activity within premises is strictly prohibited.
7.5. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest. Management will not be liable for loss or theft.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, Hotel SS Comfort Palace is not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • Injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring on the premises.
  • Interruptions in utilities (water, electricity, internet) due to external causes.

8.2. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for your booking.


9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Guest information collected during booking or check-in is used solely for operational, legal, and safety purposes.
9.2. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or government authorities.


10. Termination of Stay

10.1. The management reserves the right to cancel or refuse accommodation to any guest for misconduct, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
10.2. In such cases, no refund will be provided.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
